She provides therapy for individuals, couples, and families seeking support with communication issues, family stress, anxiety, self-worth, life transitions, and relational patterns. Mariah brings a systems-oriented lens to her work, helping clients understand how their relationships—past and present—impact their emotional lives.

Mariah’s work is deeply client-centered, offering consistent support, empathy, and acceptance to all people. She is committed to creating a culturally responsive and inclusive space where every client—regardless of background, identity, or relationship structure—feels safe, respected, and understood. She listens without judgment, encourages exploration of underlying challenges, and helps clients move toward the lives and relationships they want.

Mariah welcomes clients who are navigating change, seeking clarity, or simply wanting to feel more connected and supported in their lives.
