Krista takes a holistic, integrative approach to therapy. Krista specializes in guiding clients through life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, substance abuse, personal growth, and spirituality. She is here to support you on your journey to healing, helping you unlock new possibilities and build the life you deserve.
Krista holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado and is currently pursuing her graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy at Colorado Christian University.
